By The Associated Press

CINCINNATI (AP) ' A hospital spokesman says a worker injured in a collapse at the construction site of a Cincinnati casino has taken a turn for the worse and is in serious condition.
The spokesman said Friday night that the male patient at Bethesda North hospital had been downgraded from fair condition. He says the patient is the only worker from the collapse at the hospital.
At least a dozen workers were left with broken bones, bumps and bruises after a floor collapsed Friday morning at the Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati site as concrete was being poured.
A spokesman at University Hospital says several patients were treated there, with three held overnight for observation of non-life threatening injuries.
The $400 million casino is being developed by Rock Gaming in partnership with Caesar's Entertainment.
